  • 3+ years experience in a similar role

  • College degree preferred

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Good written and spoken communication skills

  • Legal to work in the U.S.

  • Clean criminal and driving record

  • Stellar references and letters of recommendation 

  • CPR and first aid certified (nannies)

  • 21 years of age or older
